Next Steps

Once you've submitted your tuition deposit, you’ll want to begin completing these important steps for fall.

Housing

If you plan to live on campus, complete your housing application and make your non-refundable $350 housing deposit as soon as possible (NOTE: this deposit is in addition to your tuition deposit). Space is limited and cannot be guaranteed after May 1.

Health Forms

New Jersey state law requires that all students submit fully complete health forms before attending class or moving into the residence halls. Download and complete all required health forms for the Metropolitan Campus and return to the Office of Student Health Services. Call 201-692-2437 with any questions you may have.

Orientation

All new students attending the Metropolitan Campus must participate in an orientation before the start of classes. To ensure a personalized experience, the Dean of Students Office conducts orientation sessions on select dates throughout the summer, starting in June. At orientation, you’ll begin your official transition to college life, meet key members of the campus community and new classmates, take your placement exams and complete many of the administrative details related to enrolling. Parent sessions are also included. Watch for details!

Disability Services

Admitted students requesting accommodations should review the steps at Metropolitan Campus Disability Support Services . If you require special test accommodations for placement testing, contact the Office of the Provost at 201-692-2477 at least two weeks before your scheduled test date.
