I chose FDU…because of its great reputation for hospitality management and the variety of activities that students can get involved in on campus.
My favorite professor… has been Professor Chris Droussiotis. Finance is not an easy subject, yet he makes it interesting and understandable. His personal stories are always interesting and there has never been a class where students didn't laugh.
The best part about my major is… the opportunities that arise from it. I've been able to network with very successful individuals in the industry and have received several job offers from Fortune 500 companies.
FDU is helping me achieve my career goals… by giving me the tools to be successful in life. I've learned how to communicate better and interact with other students by participating in various organizations such as the Student Government Association and Residence Life.
The best thing about my residence hall is… that most of the students here are returning upper-classmen, so a lot of my friends live in Park Avenue.
The best way to make the most of your FDU experience is… to get involved with something on campus. With so many organizations on campus there are certainly a few that you'll like.
After graduating from FDU… I plan to start working toward my career goals with a full-time job in the hospitality field.
