Since you joined the University in 1993, you have forged an incredible list of achievements that all speak to one ultimate goal: providing the finest services possible for students and their parents. Under your determined leadership, the functions of the bursar’s and registrar’s offices were combined to offer students one-stop shopping and greater efficiency. Calm and always poised, you played a key role in the development and seamless transition to the new Datatel computer network. Perhaps most successfully, you established new policies and procedures for the collection of accounts receivables, which have resulted in a 98% collection rate. More recently, you co-chaired the Webadvisor committee to implement web services to students including on-line registration. One of FDU’s most widely admired managers, you possess the perfect blend of firm guidance and warm generosity. You inspire by your example, which includes working weekends, holidays and well into the night to ensure your office is nothing less than a fine-tuned machine. And students know when they come to you, they can count on a careful listener and a helpful word. For so consistently responding to the needs of our students, we praise you as a Pillar of FDU.
