Intercultural Communications Professor from GermanyJuliana Roth, professor in intercultural communications, Munich University, and intercultural management, European Business School, Munich, Germany, was a visiting professor on the Florham-Madison Campus for six weeks this semester.She taught an accelerated graduate class, Intercultural Communication, and was a speaker at an executive briefing of the Corporate Communication Institute, Florham-Madison, when she spoke on “Responding to Business in a Global Environment: Translating Intercultural Theory into Corporate Practice.” She was the featured speaker at the faculty seminar, “Culture Makes a Difference: The Challenges of Intercultural Learning for the University,” the first of a series of seminars supported by a seed grant from an FDU trustee. Part of the University’s global outreach, Roth was
a guest of the corporate and organizational communication program on the
campus.
