In order to change the Department Name, Location, Mail Stop, Extension, or Fax number for a department or office, send a memo with the revised information to Melanie Scarpa, H-DH3-07. To add or delete a department or office, send a memo requesting and justifying the change to Human Resource Information Systems, H-DH3-03, <hrmail@fdu.edu>.

Updating Information in Phonelist

The information on individuals listed in the Phonelist is taken from the Human Resources Information System. The same data is used in both sections. In order to change the Title, Extension, Location, Mail Stop, or Email for an individual send a Personnel Information Notice (PIN) to the Human Resources Department. The department associated with an individual is determined by the General Ledger Identifier for their salary. This can also be changed with a PIN if it is incorrect. 

In the simplest case, adding an email id for an individual whose other information is already correct, only the information below is needed.
