Updating Information in PhonelistThe information on individuals listed in the Phonelist is taken from the Human Resources Information System. The same data is used in both sections. In order to change the Title, Extension, Location, Mail Stop, or Email for an individual send a Personnel Information Notice (PIN) to the Human Resources Department. The department associated with an individual is determined by the General Ledger Identifier for their salary. This can also be changed with a PIN if it is incorrect.In the simplest case, adding an email id for an individual whose other information is already correct, only the information below is needed. ![]()
