Academic Profile

Began his career in the 80s in advertising with international advertising agencies. As part of his creative account portfolio, he planned and built communication campaigns for brands such as Coco-cola, Sony, SIA, Siemens, Red Bull, and General Motors brand of vehicles in the South-East Asia Region. Starting as an Account Executive he moved up the ladder to Client Services Director within a span of ten years and managed gross advertising revenue of fifteen to twenty million dollars in mass media procurements. He was later poached by a publishing house to be Vice-President, Corporate Development where he with a team of publishing professionals developed magazines for entertainment, sports, and fashion that enjoyed a circulation of one million copies in the South East Asia Region. The magazines generated yearly revenue of twenty-five million dollars.  He decided to leave the corporate world and pursue academic work with Open Learning Canada. Since his departure from the corporate area, he has been servicing private education institutions in a senior administrative position and in lecturing positions. Providing students with real-time, real live learning of the rigorous mechanics on how business and governments operate amidst the goal of revenue generation.
