My professional experience spans over 40 years in both public accounting and executive financial positions in NYSE public companies. I began my finance career with KPMG, working with clients in NY/NJ, and participating in a 3-year professional practice rotation in their NY Executive Office. I spent 18 years with the American Express Company in various Senior Vice President financial reporting and planning roles. I also held Chief Accounting Officer roles with two NYSE public companies in the chemical and mining industries. In these roles, I worked extensively in Europe, South Africa, India, and Australia on merger and acquisition matters.
