Re: 2022-2023 Annual Performance Review

At this time, we are asking supervisors to complete the annual performance review for the time period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Please submit your evaluations no later than May 31, 2024.

Non-Union Employees

Supervisors, please note that the completed Employee Performance Evaluation and Development Plans must be reviewed and signed by your supervisor prior to your performance evaluation meetings with your employees.  Employees appreciate meaningful feedback, so be sure to complete the Supporting Details boxes when evaluating your staff.
