Academic Profile

Dr. Haber received her Bachelor of Professional Studies and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Long Island University. Since graduating as valedictorian of her class, she has been practicing as a second generation community pharmacist in a proudly independent pharmacy in Brooklyn, NY, and in the year following her graduation, she served on PSSNY’s New Practitioner Committee. She spent two years as an adjunct professor of pharmacy practice at Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Long Island University, teaching the Introduction to Pharmacy Law and the Integrated Pharmaceutical Care Lab course and facilitating interprofessional education events. Dr. Haber writes pharmacy-themed poetry and has published her work in APhA’s Student Pharmacist Magazine, PSSNY’s NYS Pharmacist Century II Journal, and on her own blog: Big Pharma, Little Poet.
