Jennifer Horbert earned her Master of Arts in Student Services Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Montclair State University. She first joined Fairleigh Dickinson University in February 2015 as the Coordinator for Experiential Education and Clinical Affairs for the School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, working with both students and employers. Prior to her current role in Admissions, Jennifer was a Career Specialist on the FDU Florham campus, providing career counseling to students, including resume writing and interview preparation guidance.

In her current role as the Associate Director for Health Science Admissions at the School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Jennifer advises students throughout the admissions and enrollment processes for the Doctor of Pharmacy, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, and Occupational Therapy Doctorate programs.  She also helps coordinate and implement marketing initiatives for the Master of Public Health and Master of Social Work programs. Jennifer promotes these programs at both national and local recruitment events, such as the National Association of Advisors for Health Professions biennial conference. In addition, Jennifer teaches two undergraduate courses at FDU, Transitioning to University Life and Preparation for Professional Life, and is a part-time Professional Reading and Writing tutor at the Academic Support Center on the Florham Campus. She has a passion for mentoring students and is committed to both their academic and professional success.
