Academic Profile

A seasoned professional with 17 years of ethics and compliance experience in several industries, including health care, medical device/technology and financial services. Most recent role was Director of Ethics for a Fortune 500 company, which entailed directing the operations of a worldwide Ethics Office, conducting investigations when allegations were raised to the Ethics Office, delivering training to associates through in-person and on-line curricula, and developing communications on the importance of ethics and compliance. Certified as an Executive Coach through Baruch College/iCoach New York. Also certified in EQ-i, which entails performing an emotional intelligence assessment, and analyzing and delivering the results. Received the Society for Human Resource Management’s Professional Human Resources (PHR) designation. Delivered ethics presentations at several venues, including the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association (ECOA) national conference, The Conference Board Conference on Ethics and Compliance, and The United States Coast Guard Academy. Subject matters include ethical decision making, moral courage, and creating a “tone at the top”.
