The Empathy Center’s 2-Day Training Workshop

Training Day 1

  3. Roadblocks to empathy
  4. Role-play exercises to demonstrate failures and resolutions to conflict
  5. Empathy reflections

Training Day 2

  1. Empathy, reflections, and insight
  2. Consideration of failed empathy and roadblocks that impede empathy
  3. Reinforce the five skills of empathy
  4. Role-play exercises to expand the application of empathy
  5. Empathy opportunities for the future

The Empathy Center’s Train-the-Trainer Workshop

The Empathy Center’s Train-the-Trainer Workshop helps leaders and facilitators deepen their understanding and application of empathy and learn to deliver the Empathy Training within their own organizations.

Training includes:

  • Deeper Mastery: Strengthen your personal understanding and practice of empathy.
  • Practical Tools: Learn the how and why behind the Empathy Training framework.
  • Consistent Culture: Create a shared language of empathy across your organization.
  • Sustainable Model: Develop in-house Trainers who can deliver future Empathy Trainings.

The Empathy Center’s Booster Sessions: Reinforcement of concepts and applications to deepen staff’s understanding of all aspects of empathy, with a focus on real-world situations from the organization.

Participants must first complete the Empathy Training to enroll in this advanced workshop.
