Agent Partnership
Authorized agents play a vital role as the first point of contact between FDU Vancouver and prospective students, as well as their parents. These partnerships are an essential part of our student recruitment and application process, helping future learners make informed decisions about studying in Vancouver, Canada.

To ensure that students receive the best guidance and support, we expect our partners to demonstrate integrity, accountability, and efficiency in the following responsibilities:
- Promote FDU Vancouver with integrity: Market our programs and services in a professional, accurate, and ethical manner, while upholding the reputation of both FDU Vancouver and the Canadian education sector.
- Identify and guide suitable students: Recruit prospective students interested in pursuing post-secondary education in Canada, and direct qualified candidates to FDU Vancouver programs.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information: Share current details about our programs, admission requirements, campus life, and student support services.
- Support students through the application process: Assist applicants with completing forms, compiling required documents, and navigating deadlines.
- Act as a student resource in Canada: Serve as a reliable point of contact for students during their studies.
- Maintain open communication with FDU Vancouver: Provide a dedicated contact person who is accessible and responds to correspondence promptly.
- Manage commission processes responsibly: Invoice FDU Vancouver for commissions on eligible students at the correct time and in accordance with policy.
- Understand and follow institutional policies: Stay informed of FDU Vancouver’s application, admissions, and academic procedures.
- Conduct business lawfully and ethically: Operate with transparency, efficiency, and trustworthiness at all times.
- Ensure direct payment of tuition and fees: Confirm that all tuition and fees are paid directly to FDU Vancouver by the student (agents are not authorized to accept payments on the University’s behalf).
- Display official authorization: Present a valid certificate of representation from FDU Vancouver upon request.
- Respect Canadian immigration regulations: Refrain from offering immigration advice unless licensed and in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
