Lifelong NJ resident. I have two wonderful adult children and after being widowed, seven years ago, I am getting married in the fall of 2019. After doing volunteer work in the mid-east, post-college. I worked managing apartment houses in NYC. I went back to grad school and soon after I was hired by CBS to work in their international records division. Our artists included Michael Jackson and Paul Simon. My first choice was to work for an environmental company and was brought into Garden State Paper, who at that time was the largest recycler of old newspaper into new newsprint, in the world. In the mid-1980’s I started buying real estate and started my own property management firm, that I am still the President of today, though I work part-time. Atlantic Management, manages over sixty condo associations with over 2000 units of housing. . To balance out this work I am involved with several philanthropic groups, including the Jewish Federation of NNJ, and entertain (play guitar) at several nursing homes in the area. . I also have been a tri-athlete for over 20 years, and believe it or not, still compete.
