Prepare to lead meaningful change in schools, districts, and education agencies with Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Ed.D. in Leadership—P-12 track. This program is tailored for educational professionals who are ready to tackle urgent challenges facing P-12 education, empower diverse learners, and build more inclusive, innovative school communities. Through online coursework focused on social justice, sustainability, and advanced data analytics, you’ll gain the skills to close equity gaps, redesign systems, and forge strong partnerships among schools, families, and communities.
