Dr. McGrath is internationally known for his research on character measurement, theory, and education. He has developed character questionnaires that have been completed over 10 million times online around the world.

The center serves as Fairleigh Dickinson University’s hub for character research, character assessment, and character development initiatives in academic, health care, and organizational settings.
