APA (American Psychological Association) style is commonly used to write papers in the social sciences. This guide, from The Online Writing Lab (OWL) at Purdue University, has been updated to the 7th edition of the APA manual. Here you will find examples for the format of APA research papers, in-text citations, endnotes/footnotes, and the reference page.

Style Manual: IEEE Formatting and Guide

IEEE (Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers) is a style used, as its name suggests, to write papers for engineering and related courses. The manual linked below is the IEEE’s own documentation of the style, so it is always current. The document is 70 pages long, and the references section is found on p14.
