In the Field

Across disciplines, FDU students are gaining hands-on, real-world work experience through clinical rotations, internships, research opportunities and student-teaching placements.

These opportunities reinforce classroom knowledge and allow students to put what they’ve learned into practice, as they develop additional skills, collaborate within the workplace and ultimately “learn by doing.”

“It’s one thing to learn about concepts, it’s another thing to see those concepts in action,” says Aimee Tran, BS’25 (Flor).

Here, six students and young alumni take us into the field.
