Academic Profile

Following graduation, I worked as a Community pharmacist for 3 years and completed a Community Pharmacy Residency (PGY1) in Buffalo, NY. I concurrently completed my Teaching Certificate through the University at Buffalo.

I currently teach the Integrated Pharmacotherapy Lab sequence to P1 – P3 students, which involves applying pharmacy knowledge to practice in the form of patient counseling, prescription dispensing, patient assessment, and immunization delivery to name a few.

I also offer an elective rotation for P4 students in Academia which focuses on the core tenants of service, scholarship, and learning. The rotation builds presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and exposes students to a potential post-graduate career path.
