Student Complaint Procedures
Fairleigh Dickinson University urges students with concerns or complaints to attempt to resolve them with the appropriate University administrative or academic office.
Students who are not sure which office to contact to address their concerns or complaints can also reach out to the Chief Student Experience Officer (CSEO) for their campus, and the CSEO will direct them to the right resource. The Chief Student Experience Officer for the Metropolitan Campus is Rashard Mills (rmills@fdu.edu) and for the Florham Campus Traci Banks (tlbanks@fdu.edu). For students at the Vancouver campus, please contact Damien Holland (d.holland@fdu.edu).
