  • Submit a payment.
  • FDU transcript: Order a transcript online, getmytranscript.org. Transcript instructions are online.
  • Receive an itemized bill.
  • Set up corporate reimbursement.

  • Change your name or address. You will need to send your request in writing via fax. To change your name you will have to send identification showing your name change such as a driver’s license or marriage license to Records.
  • Obtain proof of enrollment. Please contact Records and request Proof of Enrollment. They will send you a copy of your current schedule stamped with the university seal.
