Academic Profile

Robyn Lubisco, Ph.D., is an associate professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) in the School of Administrative Science. Her main area of interest is sports management with a research focus on teaching techniques, risk/law, and organizational management.

Before joining the faculty at FDU, Dr. Lubisco taught in the School of Business at Mercy College. In addition, she worked in collegiate athletics at Yale and Fairfield University and was a gymnastics coach and high school judge in New Jersey where she helped produce state, regional, and national champions.

Dr. Lubisco has provided academic presentations at state, regional, and national sport conferences around the U.S. In addition to serving on several faculty committees at FDU, she is a member of the Union County College Sports Management Advisory Board.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Rutgers University, a Master of Science in Management of Sports Industries from the University of New Haven, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Education, Sports, and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Administration and a minor in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of New Mexico.
