Academic Profile

Dr. Wonjae Choi is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Technology at the Gildart Haase School of Computer Sciences and Engineering, Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey. Prior to joining FDU, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas and as a Research Fellow at Harvard University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology with his research on Oil-Repelling Surfaces. His areas of research include interfacial fluid mechanics, low-Reynolds number flows, and microfluidics. He has published 30 journal papers and 9 conference papers.
