Program Overview

The 15-credit minor in Humanics is designed to prepare students for decision-making and creative problem solving in complex, human-centered environments. The interdisciplinary minor requires five courses, each of which emphasize one or more of the five core Humanics competencies: agility, empathy, critical thinking, cultural competency, and creativity.

The minor draws on existing courses across humanities, social sciences, psychology, communication, arts, education, and applied fields to facilitate interdisciplinary critical thinking and real-world application of skills.

Curriculum (15 Credits)

Choose one course from each of the five categories; two of the courses must be at the 2000-level or above.
