Designed for working professionals, the MBA curriculum systematically builds competency throughout the duration of the program. Most in-person students complete the program within two academic years while online and part-time students complete the program within three academic years.
Students begin with 31 credits of MBA core courses, followed by 9 credits of discipline-enhancing courses. The discipline enhancing courses are in areas such as project management, social media marketing, and international business. Student who wish to focus on a particular area of business may choose from a number of different specializations. All students will also complete at least one capstone course, providing you with valuable hands-on experience immediately applicable after graduation.

Courses and Requirements
The MBA provides a comprehensive program designed to prepare students in business leadership. Students will study topics such as finance, economic analysis, innovation, marketing strategy, information systems, supply chain management, and other subjects relevant to leading in the modern marketplace.

- MGMT 6400: Organization Behavior and Leadership
Quantitative Models for Business
- ACCT 6400: Accounting Decision Making
- DSCI 6400: Data Science and Analytics
- FIN 6400: Financial Decision Making
- MIS 6400: Information Systems for Managers
Creating a Value Proposition Integrative Experience
- DSCI 6401: Introduction to Supply Chain Management
- ENTR 6400: Innovation and Entrepreneurial Mindset
- MKTG 6400: Marketing Decision Making
Discipline Enhancing Courses (9 Credits)
Students will work with an advisor to choose three classes from dozens of options. Students in our online MBA program can choose to take the standard online discipline enrichment courses, or specialize in Marketing and will be required to take each course listed in the table below:
