Dr. Juhi Bhatt, University Director

    Dr. Bhatt has been working in higher education for the past 10+ years. Prior to coming to FDU in Fall 2019, she has worked at the SUNY Fashion Institute of Technology, FIT, Rutgers University-New Brunswick, and Bergen Community College. Dr. Bhatt has experience working within various areas of student affairs, including, but not limited to, BIT/Care Teams, student conduct, Title IX, student leadership, student activities, career development and academic advising. Dr. Bhatt earned her Bachelor of Music from The College of New Jersey, her Master of Arts in Counseling from Montclair State University and her Doctorate of Education from Saint Peter’s University. Dr. Bhatt’s primary goal in working in student conduct is always reducing recidivism and increasing opportunities for growth and development.

Frank Fabiano, Assistant Director of Student Rights and Responsibilities

    Frank started at FDU in 2023 after receiving his B.A. in History Secondary Education from The College of New Jersey and Ed.M. from Rutgers University in College Student Affairs. Frank comes with experience in violence prevention, residence life, student advocacy, and advising. Within his graduate work, he worked as a trained advocate to support students facing crises such as domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. He also worked closely with the Honors College at Rutgers to advise students facing academic probation to ensure they received necessary supports and accommodations. His coursework and experiences have allowed him to become a great resource to support students’ development and growth at the institution by emphasizing student accountability.
