Housing & Meal Plan Contract (2023-2024)

  • (Under 18 years old:) Students under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign the contract on their behalf. During the application process, in the Emergency Contact section, the parent or legal guardian listed as the Emergency Contact, will receive an email, with a link, prompting them to accept the Terms & Conditions of the Housing & Meal Plan Contract on behalf of the student.
  • (18 and older:) Students over the age of 18 will electronically accept the terms of their Housing & Meal Plan Contract during the online application process.

Housing Modification Request Form for Students with Disabilitiesfor students with disabilities that require a specific type of housing assignment (including medical singles) to ensure equal access to the housing program. The Office of Disability Support Services will review all requests and make recommendations to Housing and Residence Life. If approved for a Housing Modification, students should be aware that their housing assignment could be in any of our residence hall areas. The housing assignment will be determined by Housing and Residence Life based on need and space availability.

Overnight Guest Requestto request authorization to have an overnight guest in your residence hall. You must obtain signatures from all of your roommates and/or suitemates.

Parent/Guardian Consent Formto request authorization to have an overnight guest in your residence hall who is 15, 16, or 17 years of age. Individuals 14 years old and under are not permitted to be overnight guests in the residence halls.
