Academic Profile

Howard Prosnitz is an award-winning journalist with more than twenty-five years of experience writing for newspapers and magazines and more than twenty years of experience teaching English and communication courses.  He is a three-time winner of the New Jersey Press Association’s First Amendment award. He has published more than 2,000 newspaper and magazine articles. His poems have appeared in Barrow Street, Journal of New Jersey Poets, Mudfish, and Paterson Literary Review. He is the author of the forthcoming memoir,  Reva: A Tale of Love, Lithium, and Loss.
