Academic Profile

I am a nurse scientist and author specializing in the intersection of perinatal health equity, nursing workforce sustainability, and trauma-informed systems. With over fifteen years of clinical experience in labor and delivery, my research is grounded in the “bedside reality” of obstetric care while utilizing a systems-science lens to address the multifaceted issue of psychological trauma in the healthcare workforce.
