One of my career goals is to make a positive impact on my student’s understanding of marketing and business. I value the uniting power of business and the uplifting role it plays in society. I emphasize how important marketing is while connecting with customers and helping them make informed decisions.
I also highlight how marketing strategies have been transformed by digital advancements in the field. The days when digital was a niche compared to traditional marketing are long gone. Digital marketing is rather mainstream now.
My passion for marketing scholarship centers on digital marketing, branding, and services with a strategic emphasis. My research has appeared in academic journals, such as the Journal of Retailing, Decision Sciences, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Research, and Journal of Nonprofit & Public Sector Marketing among others.
