Academic Profile

Jeff Anthony is the Program Coordinator and a Lecturer of International Hotel Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Vancouver Campus

Mr. Anthony holds a B.A. in Liberal and Business Studies from Simon Fraser University and his MBA from Edinburgh – Napier University.

Mr. Anthony has worked in the hospitality industry, mainly in food and beverage operations and administration, for over 17 years. His experience leads to working in most hotels in Vancouver and in Ottawa.

After completing his BA from SFU, Mr. Anthony began teaching in private colleges, then moved to the administration as a campus director. After acquiring his MBA, Mr. Anthony began teaching in public colleges in the lower mainland, including FDU as an adjunct faculty and has now moved into the program coordinator position.

In his personal time, Mr. Anthony prefers reading classic novels, playing golf, and playing on his drum set.
