Executives in Residence

The Executives in Residence (EIR) Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Silberman College of Business is designed to connect seasoned industry executives with the next generation of business leaders. Through this prestigious appointment, the EIR contributes to the intellectual and professional development of Silberman College students, collaborates with faculty on academic innovation, and enhances the College’s partnerships with corporations in the region — especially those with whom the University has established strong academic partnerships, including the locations where the FDU’s on-site corporate MBA programs is delivered. 

This program represents a vital intersection of academic excellence and real-world application, contributing to enriching the learning experience for students while advancing the College’s strategic priorities in talent development, experiential learning, and industry engagement.

    Kyle Bolden A finance and operations leader with 28 years at EY, including as a Senior Partner, Kyle is an expert in financial reporting and governance. An FDU alumnus, he is dedicated to mentoring students in professional services, finance, and real estate.

    Joseph Chesakis A retired Managing Director from Barclays and a 25-year veteran of Citibank, Joe is an expert in global payments and banking operations. He has extensive experience managing large-scale service centers and complex client portfolios for top-tier financial institutions and government entities.

    Patrick A. Cozza A former SEVP of Wealth Management and CEO of Insurance at HSBC with 30 years of experience, Patrick is a veteran leader in the financial services industry. An FDU MBA alumnus, he now serves as a Lecturer and Executive in Residence, chairing the Silberman College Partnership Committee. 

  • Martha Gallo is a senior executive with over 35+ years of experience at some of the world’s largest and most complex global financial institutions. She is a strategic leader, problem solver and collaborator. In her latest role at AIG, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer leading technology strategy and operations worldwide.

    Clinton Lewis A seasoned life-sciences and agribusiness leader, Clint is the former CEO of AgroFresh and a former Executive VP at Zoetis. An FDU MBA alumnus, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for International Paper and the International Fresh Produce Association.
